Guests enjoyed drinks, appetizers, face painting, sweets, and a breakdancing performance by Break Yo Self Productions at Babies By The Sea’s 1980s-themed one-year anniversary party, which took place in the north courtyard of Cardiff Town Center. A costume contest featured prizes for the best dressed ’80s icon, valley girl, punker, and mother/baby theme.
